Billing questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing portal in your SiloTek dashboard. Changes are prorated automatically by Stripe.
Does OmniPanel modify my game database?
No. OmniPanel only reads data through a read-only database account and its agent's public exports. It never writes back to your game framework.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, the dashboard goes back to view-only until you resubscribe.
What if I need more than 3 servers or 10 invites?
Contact us for a custom plan sized to your network.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. Every plan is billed monthly through Stripe and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal.
